HERE!This is my attempt to create an underwater effect which I don't know about you but I think I did a pretty decent job.
Of course, you can change it as fit....
Small tutorial to open this file in Mandelbulb 3D. Open Mandelbulb. Create the fractal of your liking. Then, in the Lighting tab on the very bottom, there is folder button called "Light" Hit it and open it from the saved destination.
