Stunning piece of work; each of the light trails blend into each other to create a soft, wispy effect - similar to that of smoke. Meanwhile, the large flame, slightly off centre, is the central focus and by far the brightest.
The dark background enhances the neon-glow of each of the colours where a white background would only wash them out. This piece reminds me of the aurora borealis (northern lights) or a pixie and is very intriguing in it's complexity.
Despite the variety of colours, there is a sense of balance within this piece thanks to the composition - the two yellow wisps, the pink/white/blue stringy wisps and the pastel blue curves. All of the above create a circle around the orange flame and, once again, draw attention to it.
My only critique would be that I feel the large flame is distracting as it's bulk contrasts with the thin wisps surrounding it.
